We are KIT MOBILITY and that means if you use a wheel chair and need to travel by car while remaining in your wheelchair, we are the service for you.

We offer short trips for shopping, visiting friends or even to pop down to the pub, to longer trips out of the county to airports or the docks to get on your cruise!

Our prices are reasonable and our staff are qualified, well trained and friendly.

Your comfort and safety is our foremost priority, as is getting you there on time.

We can also provide an escort/assist service.

We have minibuses that have tail lift access so you can remain in your wheelchair or scooter throughout the journey, there are up to 8 seats for your family or friends so you can all travel together.

Escort/Assistance service: we have a small team of dedicated assistants who are all DBS checked. We can accompany patients to and from appointments (hospital, dentist’s, etc.) or on days out.

Our Rates

Call out fees are charged for picking you up outside of the Oxford Ring Road.

Call out fees are charged at 50% of our standard fare which is £1.50 per mile.

Cancellation charges are applied for any taxis cancelled on the day of travel.

The charge will be 50% of the fare for the travel booked.

We usually require 2 hour’s notice for local bookings, and at least one week’s notice for journeys out of Oxfordshire/airport transfers/stay-and-wait events.
